Justin Radford is a creative producer, director, and arts educator with a decade of experience in professional theatre and media production. He brings a unique perspective to the stage, combining his expertise in directing youth and adult performers with a background in creative development and educational content.
With a history of directing and producing a wide range of productions, from children's shows like A Christmas Carol JR and The Snow Queen to plays for mature audiences, Justin is skilled at tailoring his approach to the specific needs and talents of each cast. His passion lies in creating a supportive and inspiring rehearsal environment that encourages artistic growth, confidence, and collaboration for performers of all ages and experience levels.
In addition to his theatre work, Justin spent nine years as a producer for ABCmouse.com, where he developed interactive educational games for millions of users worldwide. This experience honed his skills in project management, creative problem-solving, and a child-centered approach to education, which he now applies to his work as a director.
Justin holds an Associate of Arts in Speech and Drama from Mineral Area College and has trained in acting, directing, and improvisation at South Coast Repertory and Second Stage. He is excited to return to his roots in the community and help students discover their potential both on and off the stage.
